Do Mets Give Tebow at Least a Courtesy Call This Season?

Tim Tebow turns 31 on Aug. 14. He is in his second season in the Mets' minor-league system, playing for the Mets' Double-A affiliate, the Binghamton Rumble Ponies.

He went into the weekend sixth on the team with a .273 average, one of four players on the team tied for fourth in home runs with six, and tied for third on the team with 36 RBI.

He was a selection to the Eastern League All-Star Game.

Now the question is whether the former Denver Broncos' quarterback will get at least a September call-up by a Mets' team that is in a funk.
