Baseball's 2018 Post-Season Scheduled to Open Oct. 2
The World Series will open in the ballpark of the team with the best regular-season record on Oct. 23 with a possible Game 7, if necessary and weather permitting, would be planed on Halloween night, Oct. 31, according to Major League Baseball.
If a tiebreaker game is necessary following the conclusion of the regular season on Sept. 30, it will be held on Oct. 1 and televised by ESPN.
